The first shot looks like "one heck of a weekend". ;)

It certainly was! The snolfs wanted to help a lot. This year they learned how to fill the truffles with the ganache centers, and did a pretty good job of it, in addition to other responsibilities they had last year. I have some good pictures of them in their hair nets, making truffles. They also helped with some of the decorating, which didn’t go quite as smoothly overall, but they enjoyed it. The entire enterprise gives them a better appreciation for cultivating patience and attentiveness.
