This is a recipe I use for strawberries, mostly, but any frozen or fresh fruit would do just as well. It is primarily a "smoothie," but lends itself nicely to other things, including desert toppings.

2 cups fresh (cut up) or frozen (partially thawed) fruit. Fruit with lots of seeds might best be strained first.

1/2 cup plain yogurt

1 cup fruit juice (a white grape is excellent) or 1 bottle Mike's Hard Lemonaide (or other flavor)

Sweeten to taste

I use a stick blender to smooth the mixture. No cooking is necessary. It does NOT keep well (no more than 24 hours) however, so don't make more than you will use. I've NEVER had any leftover, though. :)

My favorite fruit combinations are strawberries, kiwi, banana, and peaches. I've made it with frozen cranberries, segments of orange, orange or pineapple juice, and some apple pie spice.
