Mama Liberty's Profile

I've known Mama Liberty for several years, through the Liberty Round Table. She's one tough and tireless lady when it comes to freedom!

Mama Liberty was an integral part of the Sierra Times web site for several years, writing columns as well as doing a lot of the behind-the-scenes grunt work that usually goes unnoticed and unappreciated until something goes awry. She did so with amazing good cheer. Perhaps the thing I most respect about Mama Liberty (and there's a lot to respect about her) is that she has not yielded one bit to the statists in her pursuit of liberty, over decades of effort.

She's been in the health care profession for many years, doing work ranging from hospital to hospice to home-care nursing. So she knows, firsthand, from both sides of the bed, the problems that state intervention into medicine is creating. I imagine she'll tell us more about that; I hope she can help us less knowledgeable folks find alternatives to allopathic medicine that work well -- along with good preventative medicine too.
