Most Excellent Conspirator News!

I have long been squirming in my seat, waiting for this day ... and in fact, I thought I’d be on the other side of this post, so to speak—in the reading audience instead of writing it. But this is good news I’ve already been waiting too long to share; and now that I’ve obtained permission to share it, I shall delightedly do so.

One of the reasons our conspirator The Shadow has been so quiet is this: he’s been working on a book. And it was just recently released! Published by Family book company Vera Verba, it’s titled Aristotle in English: The Nicomachean Ethics. Can’t wait to wrap my coils around it. The description sounds intriguing; and much of my long-standing objection to reading ancient Greek philosophy should be absent in it.

Congratulations, Shadow!

(Mr. Shadow, ever the modest man, tells me in the same email giving me permission to announce his accomplishment that he is also doing pretty well these days as a musician. It will be very interesting—and joyful—to see what other amazing things he creates.)

Coincidence

What an interesting coincidence. Just a few days ago I received a copy of Aristotle's works, and I just started to read Nicomachean Ethics. I'm going to have to check out the new book!
